Nose
A bouquet of great distinction, dominated by red berries (raspberry, redcurrant) and a floral hint of violet. As it opens up, notes of woodland and delicate spices emerge, underscored by a subtle hint of fine vanilla.

Palate
The attack is silky and caressing. On the palate, it has a taffeta-like texture, with extremely refined tannins. It is an ‘airy’ wine that fills the palate without any heaviness, carried by a savoury freshness that balances the richness of the ripe fruit.

The perfect accompaniment to roast pigeon, veal sweetbreads with mixed vegetables, or a cut of veal with morels.
