Crystal-clear and sparkling, with subtle silvery highlights.

Nose
Expressive and pure. Intense notes of cooked agave, fresh lime, white pepper and white flowers, with a subtle salty undertone. An elegant nose, without any excessive alcohol notes.

Palate
A smooth, velvety attack. Agave is ever-present, followed by mineral and herbal notes (eucalyptus, fresh herbs), then a long finish with hints of candied citrus and sweet almond. Very little burn, beautifully balanced.

Pairing
Perfect on its own, it can be served with ceviche, scallop carpaccio or top-quality sushi, or enjoyed as a cocktail.

Aging potential
This tequila is best enjoyed young to preserve its freshness. Once opened, it can be kept for 1 to 2 years if stored in the right conditions.
