A pale gold colour with crystalline, brilliant highlights, indicating good concentration.

Nose
An open and generous bouquet. It features notes of white-fleshed fruits (vine peach, pear) intermingled with hints of hedge flowers. Once aerated, it reveals the classic Chablis character, with hints of mousseron mushrooms and a wet-stone minerality.

Palate
The attack is full-bodied and silky, reflecting the maturity of the vintage. On the palate, it offers lovely volume and an almost rich texture, but this is immediately followed by a briny tension that brings energy. It is a well-balanced wine that combines luscious fruit with a crisp minerality.

Perfect with a seafood platter, fish grilled à la plancha or an andouillette from Troyes.
