An explosion of fresh red berries (raspberry, wild strawberry), peony and a hint of white pepper. It displays that crystalline purity which is the hallmark of the ‘berry-by-berry’ approach.

Palate
The attack is incredibly smooth. The texture is ‘smooth’, with tannins as fine as silk. It is a wine that offers immediate pleasure, yet possesses a depth and a briny finish that betray the hand of a great winemaker from the Côte de Nuits.
