Discover Jérémy Recchione

The Jérémy Recchione estate is a distinguished micro-estate located in Gevrey-Chambertin, at the heart of the renowned Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Founded by the passionate young winemaker Jérémy Recchione after years of experience, this estate embodies a new generation of engaged Burgundy winegrowers with an artisanal and nature-respecting approach.

Terroir and Characteristics

The vineyards cover unique terroirs in the Côte de Nuits and the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, with rich soils and favorable exposures. The vines are mainly planted with Pinot Noir for red wines and Chardonnay for whites, two emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy. Viticulture is practiced without chemical herbicides, following organic and often biodynamic methods that promote soil health and fruit purity.

Wine Profile

The estate’s red wines are known for their finesse, complex aromatic intensity, and silky tannins, reflecting a full-bodied red wine with elegance. The white wines offer vibrant freshness, pronounced minerality, and perfect balance, showcasing the unique terroir and the winemaker’s expertise. Fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts, and minimal sulfur use preserves the true expression of the terroir.

Food Pairings

Jérémy Recchione wines pair beautifully with traditional Burgundian cuisine: melting Époisses cheese, aged Comté cheese, roasted meats, and fine poultry. These sincere and profound wines will elevate your meals with elegance and character.
