Château des Tours, located in Vacqueyras in the southern Rhône Valley, is a prestigious estate owned by the Reynaud family, renowned for their authentic and refined winemaking. Under Emmanuel Reynaud’s guidance, the estate continues a tradition that blends finesse, elegance, and respect for the terroir.
The vineyard covers about thirty hectares of sustainably farmed vines, planted mainly with iconic southern Rhône grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Counoise, and Clairette. Its calcareous clay soils benefit from generous sunlight, favoring perfect grape ripening and complex aromas.
Red wines from Château des Tours are known for their silky texture and intense aromas of ripe red fruits, soft spices, garrigue, and leather, with an elegance reminiscent of Burgundy. The rarer white wines offer remarkable freshness and aromatic complexity combining white flowers, yellow fruit, and subtle honeyed notes.
These wines pair beautifully with refined dishes such as roast poultry, grilled lamb, slow-roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses like Picodon or Banon. They truly express the spirit and patience of the southern Rhône.
