A brilliant ruby colour, very clear, with cherry-red highlights.
Nose
An explosion of fresh red berries (raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant), accented by a hint of white pepper and peony.
Palate
The attack is supple and rich. The texture is smooth, carried by ripe acidity and incredibly refined tannins. This is a wine that quenches your thirst in a refined way; it is very easy to drink, with a savoury finish that invites you to take the next sip.
Pairing
A platter of artisanal charcuterie, a herb-roasted chicken, salted pork with lentils, or fresh goat’s cheese.
Aging potential
Best enjoyed now to appreciate its vibrant fruitiness. It can be kept for 3 to 5 years without losing its quality.
