To the eye
A light ruby colour, bright and crystal-clear, with the violet hues characteristic of young Pinot Noir.
Nose
A wonderfully delicate bouquet of red berries (raspberry, redcurrant) and peony. Once aerated, notes of white pepper and a hint of minerality emerge.
Palate
The attack is supple and silky. The texture is delicate, almost ‘lacy’, with tannins of remarkable finesse. It is a wine as delicate as lace, carried by a ripe acidity that draws out the finish with a salty, floral note.
Pairing
A beef carpaccio with basil, roast poultry or a Cîteaux cheese.
Aging potential
Delicious from 2026 onwards thanks to its vibrant fruitiness, it can be cellared for 8 to 10 years.
