Aromas of stone fruit and baked apple, with notes of white pepper and citrus, and a hint of lime zest.
Palate
A refined and elegant palate, highlighting the aroma and purity of the fruit, with a lovely briny finish
Pairing
Poultry in a creamy sauce, fine fish in a sauce, or mature cheeses. Serve at 12–13°C.
Aging potential
Depending on the estate, these wines can be cellared for between 3 and 10 years, depending on the cuvée; for this Premier Cru, a ageing potential of 8 to 12 years seems appropriate.
