To the eye
A harmonious array of deep, brilliant colours: an intense ruby red with garnet highlights for the 2016 Corton-Grancey and 2008 Chambertin, reflecting their concentration and development, and a luminous golden yellow for the 2022 Corton-Charlemagne, with silvery highlights, a sign of freshness and youth.

Nose
A rich and complex aromatic profile blending ripe red and black fruits, cherry, blackcurrant, floral notes and gentle spices in the reds, with hints of undergrowth and truffle in the 2008 Chambertin; the white wine offers aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruits, fresh butter, hazelnut and a chalky minerality typical of Corton-Charlemagne.

Palate
The range offers a superb balance between power and finesse: full-bodied structure and silky tannins in the reds, with depth, elegance and long, spicy finishes; the Corton-Charlemagne is full-bodied, taut and finely crafted on the palate, combining rich fruit, mineral freshness and a lingering, salty finish. All three wines share a remarkable balance and great length.

Pairing
Ideal for a gourmet meal: fine fish, lobster or poultry in cream sauce to accompany the Corton-Charlemagne; roast lamb, full-flavoured beef, game and dishes served in sauce to accompany the Corton Grancey and the Chambertin; mature cheeses to accompany the entire set.

Aging potential
Exceptional potential: the 2022 Corton-Charlemagne will age beautifully over the next 15 to 25 years, the 2016 Corton-Grancey can be kept for a further 15 to 20 years, and the 2008 Chambertin, now at its peak, will continue to offer fine complexity for a further 5 to 10 years.
