Nose
Bitter orange; verbena; thyme; alpine notes (lavender/mountain flowers); pine.
Palate
A fresh and invigorating attack; very pronounced citrus notes; subtle orange-mint; with undertones of thyme and verbena; a long, spicy, briny and floral finish.
Pairing
Neat or on the rocks; neutral tonic (Fever-Tree, London Essence); orange zest; perfect with grilled fish, ceviche, sashimi and shellfish.
Aging potential
Can be kept for 3–5 years unopened; 8–12 months once opened, away from light and heat.
