Domaine JACQUESON is located in Rully, a village in southern Burgundy's Côte d'Or region. Henri JACQUESON founded the domaine after the Second World War, in 1946, using vines belonging to his family. He gradually succeeded in restoring the prestige of the Rully appellation, which for too long had been overshadowed by more prestigious appellations such as Mercurey and Montagny. Paul JACQUESON also took over the reins in 1971, before Paul's children, Marie and Pierre JACQUESON, took over the management of the estate.
