Domaine Comte de Lauze is located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 15 km from Avignon. It is run by Anne, a passionate wine grower and the third generation to take over the estate. She raises and cultivates her vines with respect for tradition, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of the terroir and evolving cultivation techniques. The result is intense, full-bodied, robust wines.

The appellation benefits from a diversified terroir, made up of plateaus and terraces. A notable geological feature is the presence of large rounded pebbles that store the sun's heat during the day and release it at night. This phenomenon helps the grapes reach a high degree of ripeness. The appellation is also distinguished by the alliance of its thirteen grape varieties, which each winemaker blends according to the personality he wishes to give his wine.
