A golden-yellow colour with green highlights: the visual hallmark of Trévallon white wine.
Nose
A true Provençal behemoth with floral and honeyed notes: verbena, dried fruit, candied ginger, lemongrass and fennel combine to create a highly complex flavour profile.
Palate
Slightly rich and velvety on the palate at first, it then becomes more refined, with a great sense of structure, leading to extremely savoury mineral notes.
Pairing
A white wine perfect for the table, ideal for serving with a rib of beef, seven-hour lamb or roast beef with garlic and thyme.
Aging potential
Best enjoyed now and until around 2029, according to estimates by wine experts.
