A complex nose, with floral aromas of hawthorn and verbena, followed by honeyed and slightly buttery notes, as well as hints of citrus.
Palate
A full-bodied attack, with a rich, velvety mid-palate of indulgent depth, underpinned by a lively tension. The finish, vibrantly balanced, is lively and mouth-watering. A successful blend of power and freshness that promises fine development.
Pairing
A fine dining white wine, best enjoyed with a premium fish dish in a sauce, free-range poultry, or full-flavoured cheeses. Serve at 12–13°C.
Aging potential
A wine for laying down: it can be cellared and will continue to develop over several years, with an ageing potential of around 10 years.
