To the eye
A brilliant, luminous golden-yellow colour.
Nose
A nose of great finesse, revealing notes of peach and apricot, accompanied by lovely hints of white flowers.
Palate
A smooth and elegant palate, characterised by a lovely balance. The finish is distinguished by its subtlety and freshness. According to the estate, this is a wine that is still holding back, but will develop greater depth with a few years’ ageing.
Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, as a starter, or with fish, white meat or a cheese platter. The estate also recommends pairing it with pan-fried abalones and mashed Vitelotte potatoes with chanterelle mushrooms. Serve at 13°C.
Aging potential
Ageing potential of around 10 years. Still young and holding back a little at present, it is set to develop beautifully over the coming years.
