MARC DE BOURGOGNE
The Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is the most legendary estate in Burgundy, if not France. Its origins date back to the 13th century, when the first vines were planted by the monks of Saint-Vivant. Since 1974, the estate has been co-owned by the Villaine and Leroy-Roch families. It comprises 25 hectares, all of which are classified as Grand Cru. Among these hectares are several parcels, mostly located in Vosne-Romanée, including the famous Romanée-Conti. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti wines are renowned for their finesse, delicate texture on the palate, floral aromas and excellent ageing potential.
