Nose
A captivating bouquet of violet, wild raspberry and peony. As it opens up, a hint of delicate liquorice and white pepper adds complexity to the overall aroma.
Palate
The attack is like a caress. The texture is silky and ethereal, underpinned by tannins of meticulous finesse. This is a vertical wine of absolute elegance, with a salty, floral finish that lingers for a long time.
Pairing
A young pigeon with cherries, pan-fried veal sweetbreads, or a mature Brillat-Savarin.
Aging potential
It will be superb from 2028–2030, with its floral fruit notes, and has the potential to develop over 15 to 18 years.
