A complex aromatic bouquet, blending herbaceous, floral and slightly honeyed notes; rounder and sweeter than its predecessor, Chartreuse Verte.
Palate
A soft, silky attack, which then allows the full botanical complexity of the blend to unfold, against a subtle warmth and a long, aromatic finish.
Pairing
Enjoy as an after-dinner drink, on its own over ice to bring out all its aromas, or in a cocktail. It also pairs well with certain desserts or at the end of a gourmet meal.
Aging potential
Thanks to its high alcohol content, this liqueur has an indefinite shelf life, whether opened or unopened, and may even continue to develop gently in the bottle over the years.
