Discover Fleur de Miraval

Fleur de Miraval is the only Champagne House exclusively dedicated to Rosé Champagne. Born from the union of two passionate families—the Pitt family of Château Miraval and the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel—and crafted with the expertise of renowned cellar master Pierre Péters, this house redefines the standards of prestigious rosé. Located in the Mesnil-sur-Oger village, it embraces an exceptional artistic and technical approach.

Terroir and Characteristics

The terroir primarily consists of old Chardonnay vines from the Côte des Blancs, known for their finesse and mineral-driven expression conveyed by the chalky soils. This is cleverly complemented by young Pinot Noir vines from the Vertus region, which add vibrant fruit intensity. The winemaking process involves extended aging on lees in total darkness, protecting the delicate color and enhancing aromatic complexity.

Wine Profile

Fleur de Miraval offers a rosé champagne of rare elegance, combining intense notes of red currant and raspberry with a refined saline and chalky tension characteristic of the Côte des Blancs. This prestige rosé wine is delicate, balanced, with a fine structure that invites gourmet tasting and has good aging potential for lovers of exceptional cuvées.

Food Pairings

This rosé champagne pairs exquisitely with delicate and gourmet dishes such as langoustines, noble fish like turbot, lightly cooked foie gras, and soft cheeses like Brillat-Savarin. Perfect to elevate festive moments or refined culinary experiences.
