Nose
The fruit is subtle and delicate, giving way to a sense of purity. There are hints of white flowers and delicate citrus, without any exuberance, emphasising the clarity of the aromas.
Palate
The attack is lively and the energy is effervescent. On the palate, it is smooth, straightforward and very easy to drink. It is a ‘light’ wine in which nothing is overpowering; its liveliness takes precedence over its body. The balance is perfect, making it remarkably easy to drink.
Pairing
As its name suggests, it is the ultimate aperitif wine, perfect for social occasions.
