To the eye
A very attractive ruby colour, clear and luminous, with purplish and violet hues that highlight the great youthfulness and vitality of this Pinot Noir.
Nose
Rich, open and very expressive. It offers a veritable medley of summer red berries (crushed strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry), delicately enhanced by subtle notes of peony and a slight peppery hint that lends it great vibrancy.
Palate
This wine unfolds with a plump, rounded mid-palate, reflecting the generosity of the 2022 vintage. The tannins are soft, caressing and perfectly integrated. The finish is fresh, juicy and delightfully easy to drink, quickly inviting you to take the next sip.
Pairing
A real wine for sharing with friends and for bistronomy! It’s the perfect accompaniment to a lovely platter of artisanal charcuterie (parsley ham, rosette), a country-style terrine, summer barbecues or a Sunday roast chicken. When it comes to cheese, opt for uncooked pressed cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire or Morbier. We recommend serving it slightly chilled, at around 14°C to 15°C.
Aging potential
Designed and vinified to deliver immediate pleasure through its vibrant, crisp fruit, it is delicious to enjoy right now. However, it has the balance needed to age pleasantly in the cellar for 2 to 4 years.
